If you are a SQL Server expert with some knowledge of .NET and have your MCDBA / MCITP and MCT credentials and are seeking challenging engagements with developers and corporations you should consider this position.

We are looking for extremely capable and dependable MCTs with solid skills and impeccable credentials who are interested in partnering with us to take advantage of these on-going opportunities.
SetFocus is seeking individuals for both staff trainer positions as well as being part of an exclusive, select group of contract instructors from which we will draw to provide training on both regionally and nationally.
We are particularly looking for instructors with experience instructing all levels of:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – Development and DBA.
- Microsoft .NET Technologies (C#, ASP. NET, ADO.NET, XML)
- Microsoft .NET Framework
- Microsoft .NET Architecture
Required qualifications are:
- Extensive, verifiable experience delivering technical training to Microsoft Partners and/or the professional developer / IT market is an absolute must.
- MCDBA / MCITP and MCT credentials
- A minimum of 2-3 years instructing in a Microsoft training center environment
- Extensive experience delivering training to corporate developer and IT professionals
- Hands-on, real world experience using Microsoft SQL Server – both in the fields of development and database administration
- High level, big picture understanding of Microsoft products, technical concepts and current strategic directions
- Excellent communication, presentation and people skills, as well as exceptional classroom management skills
- Verifiable, top-notch evaluation scores
- The ability to prep for new courses quickly and thoroughly
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm in the classroom
- Willingness to travel
Other requirements:
- Copies of your evaluation scores for at least the past six months
- Solid, recent references from other Microsoft certified training centers at which you have taught
